Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. respects your privacy. When you register with Emergency Training Solutions, Inc., we request your name, email address, physical address, phone numbers and, in some cases, credit card information when you order services on-line. Some of our customers use Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. services to provide training sessions, such as group seminars, which require the participants to register prior to attending the session. When you register for one of these sessions, you may be asked to provide additional information such as your birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and certifications. This information is provided to the individual hosting the live session, or who created the recorded session. Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. may store this information on behalf of our customers as necessary to fulfill our obligations to our customers. Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. requires that all such customers use, hold and process such PII in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. cookie information and the page you requested.

Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. routinely collects information that cannot be identified to a particular individual such as time-stamps and logs events (like the number of participants, length of training sessions, etc.) This data is used for accounting/billing purposes as well as for performance and optimization of Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. service

Retention and Relevance

If we change any of our privacy policies or practices, we will post those changes to this policy statement at least 30 days before they take effect. In limited cases, we may be required to disclose certain information to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.

Following your request for either type of data editing, your information will be changed in Emergency Training Solutions, Inc.’s data bases after we receive the information necessary to process your request.

Confidentiality

Service Design and Technology: Emergency Training Solutions, Inc.’s online learning campus is designed to retain all training session statistics for each user by Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. unless the customer specifically requests that this information not be recorded.

Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. uses industry standard encryption as well as its own technology to protect PII, training session content, and the users’ statistics.

Further, the only means to participate in an event or training session is through the Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. registration process, which should include a unique username and password for each user. Emergency Training Solutions, Inc. strongly recommends that all users’ access information (username and password) be keep strictly confidential.
