Dr. Brocato , a founder of Emergency Training Solutions, has been an innovator in methods of teaching and learning, especially as it applies to the prehospital sciences.  Recognized as a leader in EMS training in South Florida, he has designed numerous aids and techniques to promote EMS learning which are unique to Emergency Training Solutions.

Richard Paley, M.D., F.A.C.E.P.
Medical Director / Vice President

Dr. Paley the co-founder of Emergency Training Solutions, has been active in the South Florida EMS community as the Medical Director for the City of Deerfield Beach and the City of Lighthouse Point Fire Rescue services.  He practices Emergency Medicine and is the Assistant Medical Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine at North Broward Medical Center , a level 2 trauma
                                center in Broward County , Florida . He is also an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Osteopathic
                                Medicine.


Frank Galgano, B.A., REMT-P
Jr. Vice President

Mr. Galgano , a co-founder of Emergency Training Solutions, has over thirteen years of emergency command management and pre-hospital teaching experience.  He is a former EMS Battalion Chief for the City of Lighthouse Point Fire Rescue who continues to provide consulting services for EMS education and management in South Florida .
